Purposes
We use names, contacts, invoice and delivery details, business details, items and payment information to arrange and fulfil orders. The legal bases are contract performance and accounting obligations. A customer account is optional. Passwords are stored as hashes. Technical and login records support security and troubleshooting under our legitimate interest in protecting the shop. Contact form details are used to answer enquiries.
News
Newsletter consent is optional and separate from purchasing. Turn it off in your account or contact us. This does not stop service messages about an order. Reading this policy is not consent to advertising.
Recipients and retention
Necessary information may be processed by Venipak, hosting and email providers, accounting service providers and legally authorised bodies. Accounting records are kept for statutory periods; other data only as needed for its purpose.
Your rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, or to withdraw consent. Mandatory records may need to be retained. You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies
Session and preference cookies support the basket, language, currency and login. Analytics and advertising are disabled in this copy. Optional tools require a separate choice before activation.
Automatic form protection
Registration, enquiry and checkout forms use locally hosted verification and rate limits to reduce automated abuse. This verification does not send data to an external CAPTCHA service. It uses your session; rate-limit records contain keyed hashes of technical identifiers (IP, session or email address). Protection records expire within 24 hours and expired records are periodically removed.
