You may order as a guest. Enter business details at checkout where applicable. Check parts, quantities, addresses and the full total before confirming. Verify compatibility using the complete turbo number and technical details before ordering.

Consumer withdrawal

A private consumer buying outside their business or profession generally has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from an online purchase. Email a clear withdrawal statement, then return the goods within a further 14 days to Metalo g. 7D, LT-02190 Vilnius, Lithuania. The buyer pays direct return shipping costs.

Payments, including the cheapest offered standard delivery, are refunded within 14 days of notification. We may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may reduce their value. Statutory exceptions apply only where relevant; installation does not automatically remove every consumer right.

Example: “To UAB PROTURBO: I withdraw from the purchase of [part/code], order [number], received [date]. Name, address and date: […].” Any other clear statement is also accepted.

Defects and disputes

Consumers have a legal guarantee of at least two years. Repair or replacement is available first; a price reduction or refund applies in the cases provided by law. Choosing repair instead of replacement during the legal guarantee extends it once by a year under the applicable rules for goods bought from 31 July 2026.

Email your claim and order details. We provide a reasoned response within 14 days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to VVTAT or VTIS. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. The consumer withdrawal right does not automatically apply to business purchases.

Damage caused by installation or use

A claim may be declined if it is established that the goods were of satisfactory quality and that damage arising after delivery was caused by:

  • incorrect assembly or installation, or failure to follow the technical requirements applicable to the particular product;
  • failure to perform balancing or calibration required for the particular assembly, where that failure caused the damage;
  • insufficient lubrication, unsuitable or contaminated oil, foreign objects, or unresolved faults in the engine or related systems;
  • mechanical damage, use outside the intended purpose or specified operating limits, improper maintenance or storage.

Normal wear alone is not a lack of conformity. We consider the intended purpose, conditions of use and reasonably expected durability.

Each case is assessed individually using inspection, diagnostic evidence and other relevant circumstances, following the statutory rules on the burden of proof. Self-installation or the absence of a workshop invoice or balancing report does not automatically remove consumer rights. These provisions do not limit our liability for a lack of conformity or deficiencies in the instructions we provide.
